ADVERTISING AND PRINTING TRADE FAIRS REMAEXTRA 2021 – WARSAW EXPO NADARZYN
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. The RemaExtra trade fair is organized by the GJC International Sp. z o.o. sp.k. company – the publisher of Gifts Journal quarterly, Adbox Catalogue, the leader of “Solid Work in Business” Program, the publisher of ESB Catalogue – located in Poznań, Podbiałowa 11, registered in the business registry of the Local District Court Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Division of the National Registrar of Companies with a number 0000636300, tax reference number 972-12-66-537.

1.2. The provisions of this document are valid for all entities using the services of GJC International Sp. z o.o. sp.k., referred to as Organizer, and are referred to as Participant of RemaExtra fair – Exhibitor or Visitor.
1.3. The Participant of RemaExtra fair – Exhibitor or Visitor – may be the business entity according to the business regulations (among others the sole traders, companies, etc.).
1.4. The exhibition venue is the PTAK WARSAW EXPO, AL. KATOWICKA 62, NADARZYN, Poland. Detailed information about the halls technical data is available at www.remaextra.com in the general information section.
1.5. The fair area is accessible only for adults.
1.6. Fair duration: Wednesday, 15.09.2021 – Friday, 17.09.2021
1.7. Opening hours for visitors: 15–16.09.2021 – 9.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. and 17.09.2021 – 9.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE REMAEXTRA
2.1. Visitors can take part in the fair on the basis of:
a) free online registration on www.remaextra.com
b) an invitation received by post
c) a ticket purchased during the fair
d) a visitor can, by prior arrangement with the Organizer and an advance payment, use the hostesses’ flyer distribution service.
2.2. Entering the fair grounds is tantamount to permission for using Visitor’s image in relation to production, presenting, advertising or using film, audio and video record from the fair / event and / or any element of the event presented in the media around the world.
2.3. All Visitors attending the fairs organized by GJC International Sp. z o.o. sp.k. and leaving their business cards agree, in any form, to receive commercial information sent through electronic means by GJC International Sp. z o.o. sp.k. or their and partners.
2.4. Upon arrival at the trade fair grounds, Visitors shall approach the Visitor Registration desk in order to collect the id badges, authorizing to enter the fair grounds.
2.5. Entering the fair grounds is equal to the acceptance of these Regulations for Visitors as well as to obligation to abide by its provisions.
2.6. Admission to the trade fair grounds is only possible on the basis of admission documents (id badge) and is subject to control (code readers).
2.7. Visitors are allowed to stay at the fair grounds only on dates and within opening hours of the fair.
2.8. It is forbidden to carry out any commercial action, acquisition, agitation, fund-rising which are not agreed with the Organizer, as well as actions inconsistent with applicable law.
2.9. The distribution of leaflets by a hostess, as laid out in point (c) of Article 2.6 of the Regulations, is possible only under the following provisions:
a) the person responsible for hiring a hostess is the Visitor;
b) “a hostess” shall be understood as one person only. Any non-standard attire (e.g. an outfit, a costume) and accessories (e.g. a backpack, a frame, a flag) must be approved by the Organizer;
c) use of carts, suitcases, boxes, and electronic appliances, such as computers, by a hostess, is strictly forbidden;
d) the distribution of promotional materials by a hostess in E and F areas and in the main passageways leading down from the reception desk and in the immediate vicinity of other Exhibitors’ booths, who act as viable competitors to the Visitor and the hostess referred to, is strictly forbidden.
e) launching any promotional campaigns detrimental to the competitors is forbidden;
f) any instance indicating a breach of these Regulations in general, and any promotional campaigns which can be evidenced as detrimental to the competitors in particular, will be charged by the Organizer in amount of 5000 PLN under a liquidated damages clause.
2.10. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the agreement for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control (i.a. force majeure, e.g. catastrophe, epidemic, strike, etc., significant change of legal regulations, preventing or actually hindering the organization of the Fairs, as well as due to the fault of a third party, independent of the Organizer, etc.). For the same reasons, the Organizer may change the place and date of the Fairs. In the case of termination of the agreement by the Organizer for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, as well as in the case of changes in the place and date of the Exhibition due to these reasons, the fees and advances paid by the Visitors shall not be refunded, and the Organizer shall not be liable for any damages (costs, expenses) incurred by the Visitors.
2.11. In case of terminating the contract (the fair is cancelled) due to the organizer’s fault or change in the law preventing organization of the fair (lockdown), the organizer will refund the Visitors the fees and advances paid maid by them.
3. ORDER REGULATIONS
3.1. In the fair grounds it is prohibited to:
a) carry any weapons, ammunition, explosives, toxic substances and objects, the use of which may endanger the safety of persons on the fairgrounds;
b) bring animals;
c) disturb public order (eg. by aggressive behaviour);
d) transfer, consume and distribute alcohol and other stimulants / drugs;
e) destroy fair infrastructure (eg. sticking advertisements to walls or floor);
f) painting and covering the face in any way and wearing ornaments which make it impossible to identify the person participating in the Fair, regardless of the nature of participation, unless the generally applicable law imposes an obligation to cover the mouth and nose for sanitary reasons;
g) use documents of other Participant of the Trade Fair for any purpose;
h) garbage halls and open areas with waste generated by Visitors (food and beverages packaging, cigarettes, chewing gum, etc.);
i) lean against the elements of stands, construction, advertisements and other elements of the interior space;
3.2. Visitors are obliged to:
a) obey the signs of fire protection zones;
b) dispose of waste generated by them and place them in the appropriate locations;
3.3. Participants of the fair are obliged to refrain from any acts that could reduce fire safety.
3.4. In matters of safety and health at work not covered by these regulations the general provisions of Polish law, regulations of Warsaw Expo and safety instructions apply and should be obeyed by all fair participants and stand constriction companies.
3.5. Advertising a company or services and distribution of any promotional materials in the Warsaw Expo fair grounds is possible only with the consent of the Organizer and after making relevant payments. Distribution of materials without written consent of the Organizer is subject to penalty of 3000 PLN for every disclosed form of distribution.
3.6. Photographing, filming and making drawings of single stands or exhibits for commercial purposes requires the prior consent of a particular Exhibitor.
3.7. Posters, stickers and other printed advertising materials placed in the exhibition halls without permission will be removed at the expense of Visitor during the fair.
3.8. The Organizer has the right to emit announcements with use of sound amplification system.
3.9. Lotteries, contests, quizzes, etc. may be organized after Organizer’s consent in writing and requirements emerging from relevant provisions are maintained.
3.10. The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the venue where the trade fair is held those people whose behavior violate the provisions of the Regulations of the Trade Fair, including order regulations applicable in a particular place, as well as those whose behavior hinder or impede the proper conduct of the Trade Fair.
3.11 The Organizer reserves the right to verify at any time the documents of Participants entitled to stay in the premises of the Trade Fair and in case of confirming the use of documents of another Participant or their forge to remove the Participants, whose violations were ascertained from the Trade Fair venue at their own expense. The Organizer has the right to demand from the Participant a proof of identity in order to confirm compliance of data resulting from other Participant’s documents including personal information.
4.1.The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage to the Visitors caused by third parties or resulting from the own fault of the injured parties.
4.2.The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages to the property of the Visitor caused by third parties, the injured party themselves or by force majeure (e.g. fire, explosion, flooding, etc.) The Organizer shall only be liable for damage to the property of the Visitor resulting from the exclusive fault of the Organizer.
4.3.Visitors registering for the trade fair assume full responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted information, including the consequences resulting from the provision of incomplete or incorrect data, especially including the e-mail address.
4.4. The Visitor is responsible for securing their personal property brought into the trade fair grounds against any possible damage or loss, at their own cost and risk (e.g. keys, documents, carry-on luggage, laptops, cameras, cell phones and any other items of material value).
5.1. Each participant is obliged to cover their mouth and nose (with a mask, visor or other material) and to wear gloves, if required by law.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. Regulations come into force on the day of their publication on www.remaextra.com
6.2. The Organizer is obliged to inform of any changes to the Regulations and publish the consolidated text on the Internet on the website mentioned above.
6.3. In matters not covered by the Regulations general law is applicable, particularly the Civil Code.
6.4. Any dispute between the Visitors and the Organizer of the fair, the amicable resolution of which is impossible, shall be settled by the proper court.
6.5. For the settlement of disputes with foreign contractors the text of the Regulations in Polish shall prevail. The law applicable to the interpretation of the Regulations is the law of the Republic of Poland.
