They will be waiting for you at the bus stop, in the main hall and in the underground gallery, and at the Palace of Culture and Science, nearby the Warszawa Śródmieście station.
ATTENTION! Only the specially marked buses can guarantee your arrival at the RemaDays Warsaw trade fair free of charge.

From the Fryderyk Chopin's airport the journey by taxi will take about 10 minutes.
There will be free shuttle bus service operating between Warszawa Centralna station and PKP Lotnisko Chopina station every 15 minutes.
15 minutes from the city center, 7000 parking spaces, including places for disabled people – good location at intersections traffic roads.
Public Transport (ZTM)
Warsaw Expo is located in the western Warsaw’ suburban area close to Nadarzyn. There are 703, 711 lines operating here from a bus stop P+R Al. Krakowska. You have to get off the bus at Paszków bus stop. Buses run every half an hour, between 5:00-23:00 (excluding night buses). We recommend that you check public transport timetable every time you want to use it. When buying tickets, remember that Warsaw Expo is in 2nd ticket zone.

The other option is to arrive to Warsaw Expo with the private bus operator MIMTRANS. Line to/from Warsaw (WARSZAWA-MSZCZONÓW). The schedule is available HERE.
There is no parking fee for entering and leaving by taxi to the fairgrounds, and taxis are directed to a special zone located between hall E and F. Taxis also return from this zone.
